Our leather and shell cordovan notebook covers are handmade from the finest materials and are designed to look beautiful, be a pleasure to use and last a very long time.

We decided to call our Crafted in Japan notebook covers the Yokohama Notebook Cover as a homage to the city of Yokohama in Japan. Yokohama was one of the first Japanese cities to open for trade with the Western world in 1859 and was actually the first Japanese foreign trading port. The city was also Phileas Fogg's first port of call in Japan in "Around the world in 80 days".
