All product designs under the Ateliers Phileas brand are the intellectual property of Nomasol.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

PRICES
Prices for all products are subject to change without notice except during the purchase process.
All prices shown on our website are quoted in EURO and shown including European VAT. Customers from outside the European Union (shipping address outside the E.U.) will see the net of VAT prices (tax free) on checkout after selecting the shipping method.
Note: tax free shopping (export outside the E.U.): by law, the total order amount (goods + shipping) has to be minimum 50 Euros VAT included or 41.32 Euros net of VAT.
During the checkout process, the amount of VAT (if applicable) is shown separately.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices. For information on shipping costs, please refer to the appropriate section.
For the convenience of our users, we offer a currency conversion functionality. The exchange rates used in this functionality are obtained from the xe.com website twice daily. They are offered for information purposes only.
All aspects of the purchase process take place and are finalised in EURO, including payment and refunds. We are not responsible for costs incurred through currency conversion from EURO into other currencies or exchange rate fluctuations.
Prices do not include any customs handling costs, import duties or related administrative costs. We have no obligation or responsibility related to these costs and will not be under the obligation to refund them in the case of an exchange or return.
We ship "Delivered at Place" (DAP):
The seller is responsible for arranging carriage and for delivering the goods, ready for unloading from the arriving means of transport, at the named place.
Risk transfers from seller to buyer when the goods are available for unloading.
The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently offer Paypal, Maestro, American Express, Visa and Mastercard secure credit card payment, as well as Bancontact, iDEAL, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, through the secure Shopify Pay platform.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products have limited quantities and are only subject to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
WARRANTY
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the delivery date against manufacturing defects. Please note that natural marks on vegetable tanned leathers are not defects.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
