Important note for customers in the USA : shipments to the USA are shipped DDP* = all taxes included on checkout. The total amount of your order will include import duties and other tariffs. Taxes are prepaid by the customer, no further charges or taxes will be charged to them by US customs on arrival.
*DDP = Delivered duty paid
We usually ship within 48 hours of the order date, on week days.
All orders are shipped from Belgium.
Shipping prices are based on total package weight, free shipping options are based on total order value (shipping excluded).
Combined shipping to save on shipping costs is available if you contact us before ordering.
We ship to most destinations by Fedex, we sometimes ship by Belgian Post to specific destinations (Russia, for example) or packages over a specific volumetric weight.
Please contact us if the system states that shipping is not available to your country, we will try to offer you a solution.
With the exception of shipments to the USA (DDP = all taxes included on checkout), all shipments are sent DAP ( delivered at place), customs duties, taxes and other costs, as well as information requests to facilitate customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that we have their full shipping address, including a valid telephone number (for shipping purposes).
Orders returned to us because we were given an incorrect or incomplete address, the package was refused or not picked up from the delivery centre after a failed delivery attempt, could not clear customs due to a refusal to pay import duties or supply requested information to customs (or Fedex acting as customs broker) will be refunded minus any costs caused by non compliance with our shipping terms and conditions.
We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes or military addresses.
European Union shipping costs include 21% VAT.
